ClearNest Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services on an as-is basis. While we strive to deliver thorough and professional results, ClearNest Cleaning does not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, or pre-existing damage. Clients are responsible for informing us of fragile items, special surfaces, or hazardous conditions prior to service. We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed risks, normal wear and tear, or improper installation of fixtures. By scheduling services, clients agree to these terms and release ClearNest Cleaning from liability beyond the total amount paid for services.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
By scheduling or using services from ClearNest Cleaning, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Services are provided based on the details supplied at the time of booking. Clients must provide accurate information regarding property size, condition, and specific cleaning requests. ClearNest Cleaning reserves the right to adjust pricing if the actual conditions differ from those disclosed.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items before service begins. ClearNest Cleaning is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed hazards.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary. These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
T&C - Detailed
ClearNest Cleaning may offer a satisfaction guarantee. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. Clients must provide safe and lawful access to the premises, including keys or entry codes if necessary. We are not responsible for missed appointments due to access issues. Services do not include hazardous waste removal, mold remediation, pest control, or heavy lifting unless expressly agreed in writing. ClearNest Cleaning maintains appropriate business insurance; however, any damage claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather or emergencies. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
